Getting started couldn't be easier.

Click Self-Assessment to start, decide on the membership level you want to assess yourself against and Go to Assessments within that membership level box.
If you're not sure about your level, click 'Find out more about levels'.

Select which areas to assess yourself against. 

There are three different types.
Core knowledge, core behaviours and specialist knowledge. Add to select the area you want and add as many as you like. You can return at any time to complete any other areas or retake assessments you've done previously by clicking Retake. Once you've added all the areas you want, you're ready to start the assessment. Within each area rate your capability from emerging to exceeding, you'll need to answer every question to progress through.
Submit once you have finished. You'll need to repeat the same process for all of the areas you've selected. Once complete, your learning recommendations display on the right. These will be a mixture of courses, resources and actions.
You can filter by knowledge or behaviour area and you can also filter by learning recommendation category.
