Employee Outlook: Focus on skills and careers, revealed that a third of UK employees were disappointed with their career progression, with poor quality careers advice at school and poor line management at work to blame. The report also considered social mobility, and found a number of factors that disproportionately held back people from financially disadvantaged backgrounds.
